EASY: At Techtrav, Bill worked on a variety of travel applications, working to make information clear and easy-to-find, reducing the user's time searching for the data they sought.
INTUITIVE: At Donaldson Company, Bill created easy-to-use safety program sites, including program resources and computer-based-training.
Those sites inspired him to pursue a career in Software Engineering, to continue to develop easy-to-use and intuitive web applications that users are excited to use again and again.
COLLABORATOR: As a Safety Engineer, Bill routinely worked with stakeholders from the front office to production employees, with manufacturing engineers, and also executive management. Addressing the needs of these very different roles takes patience and understanding.
